Who This Applies To
The new regulation is applicable to:
- Foreign passport holders
- Overseas Vietnamese entering Vietnam with a visa
Not required for:
- Vietnamese citizens
- Transit passengers who do not pass through immigration

What Travelers Need to Prepare
Before arriving in Vietnam, passengers should:
- Submit their personal entry information online
- Receive a confirmation QR code after completing the form
- Present the QR code to immigration officers upon arrival
