To help keep your trip smooth and stress-free, here’s a quick guide to what you can pack:
On most domestic flights in Vietnam, you’re allowed:
1 carry-on bag (up to 7 kg)
1 checked bag (usually up to 20–23 kg depending on the airline and ticket type)
Some budget airlines (like VietJet or Bamboo Airways Eco fares) may not include checked baggage by default. If that’s the case, we’ll either inform you in advance or help you add it before departure.
For bus and train travel, space is limited — we recommend keeping your luggage light and easy to carry. A soft suitcase or backpack under 20–25 kg is perfect.
If you plan to shop or bring extra items, no worries — just let us know and we’ll help you figure out the best way to manage any extra baggage fees.
We’re here to make your travel as easy as possible, so feel free to ask if you have questions about what to pack!
All travelers must have a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond their planned stay in Vietnam. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their passport meets these requirements.
Visa-Exempt Countries: Citizens from certain countries may enter Vietnam without a visa for specified durations. It’s the traveler’s responsibility to verify their eligibility.
E-Visa: Travelers from non-exempt countries can apply for an e-Visa online, valid for up to 90 days. Processing times and fees apply.
Visa on Arrival: Not recommended due to the convenience of the e-Visa system. If chosen, pre-approval is mandatory.
It’s imperative for travelers to confirm the latest visa requirements based on their nationality and ensure all necessary documents are prepared before departure. Any visa-related issues may result in denied boarding or entry, for which the tour operator cannot be held responsible.
